Time For An EPP Update - It's PYT Tuesday!

It's been nice to make some progress in recent weeks on my two hexy projects.

Last time for PYT, I had a pile of basted greens & oranges... this time, a few of those have been made up into brown-eyed flowers.

And finally, I've added a few more blocks to my Scrappy Hexy Quilt... the four running down the far right edge of the quilt top... it's getting b-i-g...
I hope its passes inspection from the Site Manager!

I've figured out that my hand doesn't mind hexy stitching a few nights a week, but probably won't like it every night.
Not to worry, there's always something else to occupy me... like leafing through some books for sewing inspiration... reading my current book (Andre Agassi 'Open')... watching a good crime show or even something mindless!

What do you do at night, if you're not stitching?

The PYT linky is in the right-hand side bar as always, & open until midnight Thursday.
Do join me!

Just loving the look of your scrappy hexie quilt..... I am always stitching at night - but as you may have noticed I have several different things to play with... depending on the mood

Your EPP flowers are so bright and cheery. Love your big hexie quilt. I can get the idea how big it is with your cute furry friend sitting on it. Yey! I managed to do the link.

Gosh that came around quickly! Nice work Anthea - glad you have been able to get back to stitching your hexies. Your quilt is looking wonderful. Unless there is something really riveting on TV I am afraid I would fall asleep if I did not sew! xx

By now I think you know I love tennis too. Just put "Open" on my list. Let me know how you liked it when you're done. When I'm not sewing at night, I'm usually reading blogs, knitting, playing Spider Solitaire, or dozing off! Love your projects & happy to read that you've been able to get back to those hexies!

You have made such lovely progress on your quilt top! Now that I am feeling better, I hope to start on my epp star quilt again.

Your Hexies and scrappy hexies look awesome. Beautiful and bright colours you have used. For the past week I have been basting Hexagons together, not sure how many I have. If there is a good movie on TV I will watch it, if not I look to see what is happening on Facebook.
Instead of looking at Facebook I should do more hexie stitching, hand embroidery or Sashiko.

Your sexy quilt is growing so nicely. Good that you can stitch these hexes at least some nights during the week without your hand getting sore.
I usually stitch on my cross stitch projects at night, nothing else :))
